Solar Eclipse

What a joy !  During my Yoga class earlier today, the clouds vanished whilst we were doing Sun Salutation………….and we managed to have a glimpse of the Solar Eclipse.

My first experience of Yoga, was when aged 7, I found a book at home, with pictures in black and white of Asanas (Yoga postures). I remember trying to replicate the various postures. Find out more
