Covid-19 preventive measures are in place to protect both my clients and myself.
My clients are required to wear a face mask for the duration of the treatment. Hands must be washed on entry and exit or a sanitiser gel (minimum 60% alcohol) must be used. Social distancing must be maintained by ensuring that there is no client overlap. I, as a practitioner, will also wear a face mask throughout the treatment. I shall wash my hands frequently or use sanitiser gel. I wear a dedicated uniform which is washed after each treatment. The room is ventilated before and after each client for at least 5 minutes. Contactless payment is available. There is a minimum gap of 15 minutes between appointments to follow hygiene guidelines. A risk assessment form must be completed before each treatment.
Yoga classes
The classes are currently done online via Zoom, until such a time when it is safe for my students and myself to return to the various locations where I normally hold the classes.
