Well, 2017 was gone in a flash.  Many things have happened in that year.  I have become a Weleda wellbeing advisor. This is brilliant. I have been using the Weleda products for as long as I can remember and now I have received lots of training from Weleda to sell their products. What I like about Weleda, is that they care about the environment and their products are 100% natural.

New Year’s Day Swim

Happy New Year !          Today, I have taken part in my first ever New Year’s Day Swim. This took place in Sheringham and was organised to raise funds for the RNLI.    It was cold, but afterwards, I felt invigorated.   2017 is going to be a year of possibilities.  

Step into Spring

Step into the sunlight and let go of the dark winter months. Make an effort of drinking more water and include more vegetables in your diet. With lighter mornings and evenings , it is now a good time to enjoy being outdoors again.

As the autumn starts, do not be tempted to eat too much comforting food (ie : pasta, rich potato gratin, puddings…) and make sure that you include lots of vegetables. The pumpkin is in season and it is loaded with beta-carotene, an antioxidant. So swap the processed foods for wholesome goodness.  

World Reflexology Week 22-28 Sept

Reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. It promotes deep relaxation and allows the body to heal itself. It is effective at reducing stress levels. I love being a Reflexologist ; over the years I have learnt so much about health and well-being.
