Well, 2017 was gone in a flash. Many things have happened in that year. I have become a Weleda wellbeing advisor. This is brilliant. I have been using the Weleda products for as long as I can remember and now I have received lots of training from Weleda to sell their products. What I like… Continue Reading
Happy New Year ! Today, I have taken part in my first ever New Year’s Day Swim. This took place in Sheringham and was organised to raise funds for the RNLI. It was cold, but afterwards, I felt invigorated. 2017 is going to be a year of possibilities.

Step into the sunlight and let go of the dark winter months. Make an effort of drinking more water and include more vegetables in your diet. With lighter mornings and evenings , it is now a good time to enjoy being outdoors again.
What a joy ! During my Yoga class earlier today, the clouds vanished whilst we were doing Sun Salutation………….and we managed to have a glimpse of the Solar Eclipse.
I was recently invited to a Pamper Evening. This took place at Blenheim Primary School in Sculthorpe, to raise funds. Lovely venue. A brilliant way of promoting Reflexology.
As the autumn starts, do not be tempted to eat too much comforting food (ie : pasta, rich potato gratin, puddings…) and make sure that you include lots of vegetables. The pumpkin is in season and it is loaded with beta-carotene, an antioxidant. So swap the processed foods for wholesome goodness.
