As the autumn starts, do not be tempted to eat too much comforting food (ie : pasta, rich potato gratin, puddings…) and make sure that you include lots of vegetables.

The pumpkin is in season and it is loaded with beta-carotene, an antioxidant. So swap the processed foods for wholesome goodness.
